Priceline Pharmacy

A beloved Australian health and beauty retailer with over 400 stores nationwide, Priceline Pharmacy is a juggernaut that demanded attention to details, extensive output and approachable messaging.

Context

As the Digital Designer at Priceline I was responsible for creating mobile-optimised high quality website assets, user experience improvements, social media posts, photography, animations, eDMs and other digital artwork for the Priceline
Pharmacy brand, taking them from concept to final products.

This was a fast-paced retail environment where customer engagement is key. My daily challenges include tight deadlines and fast turnaround whilst maintaining quality and clarity for the stakeholders and customers. I focused on producing best practice assets to promote our ecommerce site and drive conversion as well as to inform customers of our services. Additionally I maintained the Style Guide so consistency was maintained between different mediums and formats.
